Villa details

On the ground floor there is lounge, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a WC with shower. The internal staircase leads up to bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the floor is a peripheral loft; its balcony looks vertically to the living room and dining room.

The villa is not washed anywhere. The inside compartments are made of old firebricks. The floors are wooden, and internal doors and cupboards from solid wood.

Apart from a fireplace, every room has a 9 BTU cooling - heating air-conditioning unit and 24 BTU air-conditioning unit in the living room.

Furthermore, each building has an alarm system, three TVs (LCD), internet connection, a DVD player and a sound system. At the second floor, in the bedroom there is a safe box. The furniture is of monasterial style, and the beds of bunk style.

The kitchens are made of oak host a series of all electrical appliances.
